Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you – who is not the carrier – took possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you (excluding shipping costs and return shipping costs), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the returned goods.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For items returnable by parcel service, you bear the usual return shipping costs.
For bulky or heavy products delivered via freight carrier, estimated return shipping costs range between €60 and €250, depending on the item and the return location (Austria, Germany, Slovakia).
Return shipments via freight carrier must be arranged with us in advance.

No Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers

This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers as defined in the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
Business customers (§ 1 UGB) purchasing from us within the scope of their commercial or professional activity are not entitled to withdraw from the contract.
If you have entered your company name during the checkout process, we assume you are a business customer and have concluded this contract in a professional capacity.
