Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage. Loading fees are fixed, while shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volume of the package. The exact shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart during checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Shipping via parcel service provider (DPD, UPS or GLS)
  • Shipping via freight forwarding company
  • Click & Collect: Pickup directly from our warehouse

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout.
*For orders over € 2,900.00, we cover all shipping costs.

Click & Collect: Pickup at Warehouse

If you choose “Pickup” at checkout, you will not be charged handling or shipping fees. To ensure a quick handover, we will contact you directly after your order. Please also check your spam folder!

Delivery Times

Your ordered (in-stock) products will be shipped within a few working days (non-binding) after payment is received, either via freight forwarding (pallet) or parcel service (box), depending on the order size.
For freight shipments: delivery is to the curbside of your delivery address. Please pick up the goods directly from the truck.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
